::Nice hotel, extremely convenient location. Nice interior, well maintained. Management is disaster. I am staying in this hotel about 50 nights per year in the past few years since they opened. And it is time to write a review. During my visit to Moscow I was invited to birthday party in the evening and my girlfriend came back to the room earlier while i was still in the office. First problem, room door did not work, so she could not open the door, i was about 20 min away and i asked her to wait me in the lobby bar. Few minutes later she called me and said that she was drinking own water in the lobby bar and they asked her to leave!!!! 5 stars hotel starting here. When i came it was still the case and no-one even apologized for that. So it was total hotel problem and even she was sitting in the lobby because door did not work!!!! After it took them 1 hour to open the door it was a door lock problem. Nothing, no apologies. We were late to the dinner birthday party, had terrible mood because we could not wait in the lobby drinking own water while they were fixing our room’s door and trying to open it. And it is always like that. Today after 10 hours flight arrived to the hotel and went to the restaurant for dinner. Was waiting 20 minutes for order in empty restaurant! Unbelievable. Btw, i am platinum spg member and etc.

::Absolutes Top-Hotel in Moskau - meine erste Wahl Inzwischen kenne ich fast alle Luxushotels in Moskau. Das St. Regis ist für mich das absolute Wohlfühl-Hotel. + Tolle, luxuriöse Zimmer + Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und Butler + Wunderbarer Spa mit guten Massagen + Schöner Pool + Tolles Frühstücksbuffet + Schöner Lobbybereich o Die Fitnessgeräte sind leider nicht die erste Wahl und nur auf russisch bedienbar Fazit: Bis auf die nicht zeitgemäße Fitnessgeräte (z.B. Crosstrainer) ist das Hotel ein absolutes Wohnfühl-Hotel. Ich werde sehr gerne wieder kommen. TIP: Das angeschlossene Steakhaus ist ebenfalls ein kulinarisches Highlight.
