Great location tucked away from the noise but close to attractions and food. The bakery across the street is amazing for any meal. The restaurant in the hotel is also good, so make sure to choose one of the breakfast included options.
I do have to leave one major complaint though... There was one worker at the hotel whose purpose seemed primarily to pester English speaking guests. He tied us up for 20 minutes bragging about how he had gotten away with fighting another employee, ranting about American politics, and expressing abhorrent views about how gays should receive the death penalty. At various times coming and going I saw him talking the ears off of other guests. The hotel itself is great, but avoid this man like the plague, even if his English is excellent. The management should really consider letting him go (apparently he had been fired several times from this very hotel and I have no idea why they hired him again).

::Amazing place.

::This place is incredibly disgusting! The rooms are dirty, people smoke inside the hotel! I would not recommend to stay there at all!

::Very good location next to the downtown of Moscow

::Low budget. Bad, worn-out rooms without AC. No power to the mini-bar refridgerator unless you're in the room.
