  These are rooms in the same apartment in a residential tower, not a hotel. There is a common bathroom and a common kitchen. Access is very inconvenient and complicated: you need to ask for a single-use plastic card at the reception on the ground floor, then take the escalator to the third floor where you need to use the card to call the elevator and then you need it again to get past a grumpy guard on the 45th floor. If you want to go out, you can only do so by dropping your card into a slot, before the elevator and you need to obtain a new one at the reception on the ground floor. Getting inside is yet another challenge, as the reception desk is not continually manned. Oh, and there is no sign outside that you have actually found the hotel: it is just a numbered door. The helpless receptionist that lets you in cannot accept card payments and does not know what to do with the mandatory registration of foreigners, despite the website claiming these to be available. All he can do is to call the owner. The owner is a rude and aggressive guy, who showed up inebriated, talking to guests in an outrageous manner. Demands cash payment for the entire duration of the stay in advance and explains away the broken light as if it was not a necessity. At some point he decided to kick us out unless we pay everything in advance in cash. We switched to a nearby hotel, which was only marginally more expensive but infinitely more pleasant. AVOID LIKE PLAGUE.
