  Station is quite busy in comparing to the staff available at the station. Only one info desk, and on the info desk the person does not speak English. Actually, no one spoke English. It was a really bad experience, was not expecting this from the Sapsan Train station.

  Came here to take the Sapsan high speed train from Moscow to St Petersburg. Journey is about 4hrs. The train is clean, and has clean, spacious toilets (very good for a train). #localguides

  My journey to St. Petersburg started from this station. Its convenient to grab a uber if you are with a group or heacy luggage. Station offers standerd food court. The base ment consists locker and pay as you use toilets.

  I left this station to take the overnight train to Novgorod Veliky. The station was clean and relatively easy to navigate. The train itself (first class berth) was amazing, clean and comfortable. I’d highly recommend it. The cabin had a pretty good menu, ensuite, closet, television and shower. Everything we needed to arrive comfortable and ready to go.

  Down at the bottom floor of the train station, I've found a nice self service. It's called Express Buffet. Average bill 540 rub ($8). Free and clean WC for visitors. If you bill it's more than 500 rub. Don't forget to get your 10% discount at the bar.
