::RUSTY WATER in the water tap All water taps in a room comes RUSTY WATER. It doesn't affect how long you open the tap. All staff are not serious at all in this problem. I'm so stressful how I stay 5 more days in this hell.

::We always stay at this hotel on our trips to Moscow. It's conveniently located and the customer service has always been great. This was the first time we visited with our baby and the staff were brilliant, they had our cot set up and were quiet to bring in our dining when we told them that the baby was asleep. The rooms are always clean and the price is great!

::Stayed for a week. Attentive and English speaking staff! Thoroughly enjoyed the gym and sauna in the mornings. Spacious, light and not freezing cold gym with bikes / treadmills in good condition. Excellent breakfast! FAST WIFI! (was handy for me!) Had BBC World News TV channel (plus another 50 or so) Have already recommended to Friends and Family! Love the location and their attention to details!
