::We had a terrible experience with this hotel. Our flights were delayed and we were late getting to the hotel. When we arrived we were informed that our room had been given away and that the hotel was full. Not only that, but we were not entitled to a refund - we had already paid in full for a 4 night stay. There is apparently some hotel policy that if you are late without contacting the hotel (I emailed!) they can keep your money and cancel your booking. We were only 15 minutes over their cut-off time, it was 1am, -20C outside, we were on our honeymoon, and they essentially showed us the door. The receptionist was at least nice enough to call around and help us book another hotel, but we were not very happy.
