::The bed and room is cozy. It’s indeed outdated but still clean and acceptable. Gym and spa facilities are good for a city hotel as well as is in-room dining. What is bothering me the most is the personal. They are unfriendly, not proactive and don’t make much of an effort to not show you that they actually would go home. The Door Attendant decides weather to open you the door based on the car you are arriving with. Cleaning personal is on its own not quite precise but listen to (English) feedback openly. In short: the facilities are worth a 5 star rating however the staff needs training.

::Built in 1898, Baltschug Kempinski is a luxury hotel located close to Red Square in heart of Moscow, across river Moskva. Red square is 10-15 minutes’ walk from the hotel. This landmark hotel has excellent level of service, rooms were very neat and clean and comfortable. Food at the restaurant had good variety. However, 2 complimentary small bottles of water per day in room were not sufficient enough for one person. In addition, one has to deposit money to get mini bar unlocked.

::It's a great hotel in a perfect location! It's a little old (outdated furniture, old carpets), but it has all 5 star amenities you might want. Given we are in Russia, you will have to ask for it, when you do though, you won't regret it. e.g. best massage I have ever had at the hotel was here, fastest in room dining. Their cleaning crew is not spectacular, but they listen to feedback, so make sure to make corrections/recommendations if something bothers you.

::I have been a very loyal guest of this hotel, as I stayed here many times over a few years time. However unfortunately I have seen the customer service getting worse and worse, not even close to a 3 star hotel, not even saying 5. The team lacks totally management skills and how to provide good customer support to develop loyal guests. As Moscow offers many great options for similar or lower prices, I would recommend you find another hotel which might be much better and provide good customer service.
