Dry-aged beef - found out about it for the first time here. Very distinctive taste. Assume such meat cannot be found elsewhere in town, and a visit should be regarded as an experience, not simply lunch or dinner.

Located in the building of the four seasons hotel. Entrance from the corner, facing ploshad revolutsii metro station. Besides stake menu they have some seafood options. Good wine card. The view from the windows is very good!
