  30 May 2018 ---------------------- Александр at the information counter saved the day. Unlike the unpleasant experience I had at the store yesterday, Александр was forthcoming and helpful. He even made the extra effort to go to the collection point for online orders to help me search for my items and even offered to carry them to the cashier counter for payment. This is what customer service should be like. Many thanks for the assistance of which make me a happy customer again. This five-stars rating is for him. 29 May 2018 ---------------------- [I originally rated 2 stars for this store.] Decathlon stores are always well-stocked with reasonably priced sporting goods. This was my first time ordering from Decathlon online and I already regretted choosing this store to collect my order. It was not a pleasant experience to approach the store-front staff for assistance today. I was first pointedly told to go to the information counter before being re-directed unassisted to search for my online order from that messy and disorganised unmanned collection point on my own. It was rather unprofessional customer service in my view. The staff at their Aviapark store were a lot more approachable and friendlier despite our language barrier.

  Very good selection of goods, but the staff is racist. Would not go there again.

  You can find anyting you want here. And at reasonable prices. No expensive brands though, but it's even good to save money.
