  I have been to this place before and it was great, so this review is for this instance. I have been sitting for 25 minutes waiting for a server, until i had to go inside just to get someone to get me a coffee and a water... in short, customer service is bad in Moscow., wherever you go.

  Love this franchise but not this exact cafe. They charged my card twice and when I informed them about this they told to me money would return automatically. Two weeks later had to contact them because of no refund. Their manager promised me to contact their bank but never called me back or did anything to solve this issue. They should teach their staff to work with card payments :(

  I love the franchise and visit it anywhere I travel. They have fantastic pastry, good coffee and awesome hot chocolate. I love to order a croissant with a selection of spreads (which they make! So they have their own selection, which is sublime). A hot, amazing croissant with jam, with dark chocolate, white chocolate, etc. - it's awesome. You can also purchase those spreads in a jar, they sell the full variety. Expensive but totally worth the money. They are also very rich, so you won't be using as much of the spread each time, so they end up lasting longer than a cheaper spread. Every Le Pain I've ever been to had very cozy atmosphere, warm lighting, friendly environment. Total pleasure.

  Good, but expensive considering what you can pay in excellent Georgian restaurant around the corner.

  Just had a light lunch. I had vegetable salad with ricotta, my wife had mushroom soup. Both were very tasty. Nice cafe, good staff, fast service.
