  I liked the location of this hotel. Literally two minutes walk from the train station Paveletsky. The personnel was real service oriented, like they couldn't do enough for us. The lobby is small though. The are around is good, many coffee shops, grill houses, pubs and restaurants. It's in the middle of office buildings, so quite safe there.

  Good hotel. Exactly as you expect from an international chain. Some troubles with WiFi were fixed by the staff in reasonable time.

  Very clean, close to restaurants , grocery store, pharmacy and Metro Station. Staff are very helpful. Housekeeping can be trusted. Even if you left your valuables, when you come back ,it will still be in the same place where you left it.
