  The chocolates are wonderful, but this particular shop and personnel really ruin the experience. I came here twice. First, last summer the air conditioning was not working properly and the chocolates were mostly melted. The second time, today, the scales were not working properly and I got the ladies over the counter shouting at me and other customers to send us back and redo the weighing. Not quite good customer experience. Whatever, I'm going to buy the same chocolates in any supermarket.

  Хороший фирменный конфетный магазин. Отличный выбор, всегда свежий товар, красивый дизайн. Цены на конфеты выше, чем в подобных магазинах на окраине.

  Очень дешёвые сладости, все свежее, мягкое. Есть конфеты, которые затруднительно достать в других магазинах. Персонал улыбчивый, приятный в общении, знает, где что находится. Атмосфера в торговом зале уютная и умиротворенная, мне нравится

  В магазине вас ждут улыбчивый персонал и приятные цены. Основной товар — кондитерские изделия. Алёнка находится по адресу: Никольская, 4/5. Рядом находится станция метро — Площадь Революции. Режим работы магазина ежедневно: 10:00 - 20:00.

  Good selection of traditional Russian sweets. Most are in the 30-40 rubles per 100g territory but you can also get some lower or much higher. The place is small but not uncomfortably so. The staff is nice and helpful and the place looks great overall, in a "I'm surrounded by sweets" way.
